The two age categories are:
• 18-30 years old ( on 15 July 2015 )
• 31 years old and older
Each entrant may submit a maximum of 3 photographs, in digital formats ( JPEG / GIF / TIFF ). Mobile photography is also accepted. Minimum resolution of 300 DPI is required. Photo submissions should be unpublished.
There is no entry fee . Eligibility Whether you’re a student who photographs as a hobby, a professional photographer or are just looking for inspiration to use your new camera you are welcome to apply. Prize The jury will award three winners in each category:
• 1st prize: A paid trip to Malaysia to participate in the 16th International Anti-Corruption Conference ( 2-4 September 2015 ) and participation in a Thomson Reuters Foundation Photo Journalist course. The all-expenses paid course will combine theory with practical work, and a focus on building a portfolio worthy of publication on the Reuters news wire.
• 2nd prize: 500 Euro ( approx. 557 USD )
• 3rd prize: 250 Euro ( approx. 278 USD )
Moreover, the photographic work of all winners and seven runners-up in each category will be published on the Transparency International website and the Thomson Reuters Foundation website.
