Works carried out by students usually disappear into drawers after presentation to a relatively small college audience. There the work remains invisible. The Output International Student Award wants to change that.
Any work, which has been produced as a student project, is eligible for submission. The work may not be older than one year. The project does not have to be published. Work related to any area of design and architecture, such as: graphic design / architecture / product design / typography / photography / illustration / typeface design / multimedia, moving image and television graphics / experience design is eligible for submission.
All works (except interactive/large videos) must be submitted in digital format. Images must be jpg-images (800×600 pixel max.; 72 dpi; RGB). You will retain the copyright as author of the original design for your own purposes.
The :output award is organized by the :output foundation – a non-profit organization based in Amsterdam. The goal of the :output foundation is to foster new talents in design and architecture, and to initiate innovation projects by connecting the fields of education, business, politics and culture.
