Vi debatterar och engagerar oss i utvecklingen inom vårt yrkesområde, studerar och samtalar om konsekvenserna av ny teknik. Vi kritiserar dålig grafisk kvalitet. Genom dessa aktiviteter hoppas vi kunna skapa en större medvetenhet hos såväl producenter av svenska grafiska produkter, beställare av grafisk form och typografi som hos den läsande konsumenten.

New Icon and Identity for Ericsson by Stockholm Design Lab

Established in 1876, Ericsson provides hardware, software, and services for communications technology having developed many of the technologies that have enabled 2G, 3G, and 4G networks, currently working on 5G and the growing world of the Internet of Things. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Ericsson has over 100,000 employees — 24,000 of which are in R&D, which has yielded the company 42,000 patents. This week, at Mobile World Congress 2018, Ericsson introduced a revised icon designed by Stockholm Design Lab.

Roboto Bold Animated Alphabet Kit by Juan Maguid

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a pre-animated A-Z SVG alphabet in a nice font like Roboto? Of course. Free? Yes!

All characters come as separately animated .svgs so you can build your own sentences. Also included is each characters .keyshape file and the .sketch file for even further customization, like changing the timing of the animation or setting up your very own font. Awesome!
