The Museum of Modern Art in Toyama ( Japan ) has announced the 11th edition of its International Poster Triennial . This exhibition of posters chosen from throughout the world is intended to provide a review of the current state of international poster design.There are two main categories:

The London International Awards (LIA) is an annual worldwide advertising award. The Awards, founded in 1986 , began by honoring international advertising in the realms of cinema, television, print and radio, evolving since its inception into 15 unique media types.
Donkey Art Prize International Competition
Blindonkey Cultural Association announces the opening of the third edition of the Donkey Art Prize , a juried international competition aimed at promoting contemporary art and discovering new talented artists across the world.The contest is divided in two categories:• Painting – there is total technical and stylistic freedom ( oil, tempera, acrylic, ink, vinyl, watercolor, graphite, pencil, collage, litography etc. ) on whichever support ( canvas, paper, wood, plastics, iron, etc. ). The max dimensions allowed per each works are 230×230 cm, frame included and 25 kg of weight.
• Photography – there is total technical and stylistic freedom ( colour, black/white, analogical, digital, polaroid, mobile, etc. ). The image can also be totally made by computer or taken from other sources; like a painting, a photograph, collages, litography etc. Or from a digital drawing made by software using a mouse or a graphic tablet. The max dimensions allowed per photos ( printed ) are 180X180 cm.
Golden Pin Design Award 2015
The Golden Pin Design Award is the longest-running design award that celebrates products expressly created for the Chinese-speaking market.This year, as the design world turns its sights on Taipei , the city which will host the World Design Capital in 2016 , Taiwan’s Golden Pin Design Award hopes to attract more entries from international companies keen to prove their prowess in the huaren ( Chinese-speaking ) market.
