Kerning on the Web
Seriös typografi på webben är sedan många år nu ett faktum. Men hur förhåller sig text på skärm mot det tryckta mediet och hur fungerar det rent tekniskt? Sprärrning, kerning, är inget självklart i webbtypografi men med Typekit-fonts får du med orginaltypsnittets spärrningsklasser.

“The Compagnie Industrielle de Mecanique Horlogere registered the name Jaz as a trademark in 1919 and used this until 1941 when a bird figure was added above the name. The clock dates somewhere between 1960 and 1965 as the little trademark bird is present with his tail pointing upwards.” — maintenant
